High-Pressure Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) & Thermoplastic Composite Pipes (TCP)
Corrosion-free, continuous spoolable pipelines
Manufactured as per API 15S and DNV-ST-F119 under ISO 9001 and API Q1 compliant quality management systems. Pipe sizes 2" – 8", operating pressures 6 – 30 MPa (900 – 4,500 psi), delivered up to 2,000 m in a single continuous spool.
ISO/IEC 17025Accredited laboratory in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025

Multilayer, corrosion-resistant pipe. Up to 2,000 m without a joint.
Ratnaflow RTP combines a thermoplastic liner, a contra-helically wound reinforcement of glass fibre, steel cord, aramid or carbon fibre tape, and a UV-stabilised outer jacket.
Because the pipe is flexible it is made in long continuous lengths and wound onto spools, so a line goes in with a fraction of the joints a steel line needs.
